It is the clients responsibility to ensure there is a DYBD in place and is available to our operator if required ( a DBYD only shows assets outside the property boundary’s and measurements shown are not always true and correct, we always recommend a spotter is available with a shovel if required). regardless if there is a DBYD in place Trenchbusters pty ltd will take all care but no responsibility for damages done to services that are not clearly marked. All care will be taken whilst delivering products, working/operating machines/equipment on site, although due to the weight, steering and tyres/tracking systems of the trucks/equipment Trenchbusters Southern bins will take all care but no responsibility for damage done to drive ways, lawn, reticulation etc, All deliveries/instructions received are assumed by Trenchbusters that you (the customer) have permission/permits if required to deliver/work in the location as directed.
