Trenchbusters has 20 years experience in the Earthmoving Industry servicing both small and large clients in need of Earthmoving equipment for a variety of situations both the domestic and commercial areas throughout the Perth Metropolitan area.

A variety of construction and commercial service companies throughout the Metropolitan area of Perth are regular clients of Trenchbusters and remain loyal because of our quality customer service, timely reaction and quality delivery of  operators and machines. All operators have blue cards and competency tickets for their respective machines and have many years of machinery operator experience.

Trenchbusters have a recruitment policy of interviewing new operators, firstly by the Operations staff who carry out the initial interview then the candidate is further assessed by the Trenchbusters Manager who assesses their skills and competency before the hiring takes place.

New staff are supervised both during the early stages of their employment and then ongoing by a Trenchbusters Supervisor who visits them while on site to ensure the quality of their work is maintained. Tool box meetings are used to discuss previous and future jobs and issues that can be passed onto new employees from experienced operators to enhance quality of delivery of services to our customers.

Trenchbusters runs full office staff Monday to Friday which includes 2 machinery coordinators and back up staff to answer all client enquiries.

The Operations staff are able to operate all machinery that Trenchbusters own and have many years of frontline experience which they are able to offer both new staff and existing staff should they have an urgent enquiry about a difficult job. This gives Trenchbusters an advantage in providing our customers with prompt delivery of quality and competent skills to enhance our objective of Quality delivery in a timely manner.

In the last 12 months Trenchbusters have developed Policies and Procedures to allow us to “value add” on our submission of Tenders for larger contracts including HSE documents and J.S.A’s for all our operators.

Trenchbusters also carry out minor contracts which include trenching, pad preparation, soak well installation and drainage and car parks.

Some of the larger jobs we are currently working on include the trenching and installation of light poles for the Southern Gateway Freeway with Downers Edi Electrical, the Water pipe line from the BP refinery to Mason road for Worley Parsons and the construction of the Inner City complex in Perth.
